Shipping / Delivery

Do you ship Internationally? And how much is shipping?

We are proud to offer 100% FREE INTERNATIONAL TRACKED SHIPPING anywhere around the world. We've successfully been able to ship many products globally everyday. 


But why?

Because just like you, we hate paying for shipping. So we've partnered up with well-known professional shipping centers around the world to ship your packages out to you for free! For us to be able to provide you with free shipping, please understand that it may take slightly longer for you to receive your order.

Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. 

How long does shipping take?

For us to be able to provide you with free shipping, please understand that it may take a few extra days for you to receive your order. Shipping times varies by location. These are our estimates. Also there are a customs and postage delays beyond our control. Deliveries can normally take between:
  • 7-20 business days to the US/Canada/Australia/New Zealand
  • 10-30 business days rest of world (Europe, Asia).

*This doesn’t include our 1-4 business days processing time to prepare your order for dispatch.

Please keep in mind: To send a package the size & weight of a 1lb or more with paid express delivery (1-10 days) can cost anywhere from $30-$50 USD depending on your location & we just think it's not worth the price. Which is why we prefer to offer you with FREE Tracked reliable shipping services.

However, if you require faster delivery, on some products we have Express shipping to US, UK, Canada and Australia. Express Shipping is $4.98 and delivery time is 4 - 9 days, most times sooner.

Do you provide tracking information?

As soon as your order has been processed, an email will be sent with shipping confirmation and a tracking code. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please don't hesitate to contact us with your name & order number and we'll help you out!

How do you ship your packages?

Packages will be packed & shipped from our shipping centers and warehouse in Asia / Europe / USA. All packages sent will be tracked & packaged safely. We usually send with epacket which is a US Postal Service.

What about customs fees?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and get custom fees when they arrive to your country. Most of the packages are shipped as small packages and marked as gifts. The package value is low so there are no additional import costs imposed on customers. But different countries have different customs policy so it may cost customs duty. Note: There are a few areas may cost customs duty based on our experience (Middle East; South America;)

I've tracked my order but the status hasn't updated for a few days now?

Unfortunately the complexities of international shipping sometimes means that packages can either be stuck in one place for a long time or the tracking information cannot be updated electronically for some time.

This means that we cannot always get an accurate picture of where the package is, or how much longer it will take to get to its destination. Tracking will sometimes show an item sitting in one place half a world away for 10 days and the next day it will mysteriously arrive.

If your delivery remains stalled for more than 14 days, please contact our support team.

What if I do not receive my item? Do you guarantee delivery?

We have a 100% guarantee delivery of every item! If you do not receive your order within 6 weeks upon ordering (this is hardly ever), we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed!, simply contact us and we will get take care of in the best way possible. We Should answer you relatively fast.

I accidentally entered the wrong address details & my order has already been shipped. What do I do?

We urge you to double check, & triple check your address details to ensure it is correct before placing your order with us. If you notice that you have entered an incorrect delivery address please contact us immediately to correct your address details, however if your order has already been shipped then there is not much we can do for you. We absolutely will not be held financially responsible for any incorrect shipping info. 

In some positive cases your package will be sent back to us, if it is we can re-deliver it for you at your own expense. 

Payments

What payment methods do you use?

Our Main Payment method & recommended choice is PayPal. PayPal is a safer, easier way to make payments online. When you select PayPal as the payment method, you will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payment.

PayPal can be used to purchase items by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express), Debit Card, or E-check (i.e. using your regular Bank Account).

1) After viewing your items on your shopping cart page, you can click and check out with PayPal. Then you will leave our site and enter PayPal’s website.

2) You can sign in to your PayPal account, or you can create a new one if you haven’t got one. Or you if you don't want to create a PayPal account then simply choose the 'Pay by credit card or debit card option' (see image below). 

The reasons why we suggest you use PayPal:
Payment is traceable. By using your PayPal account, you can trace the status of your payment. When you make payment for your order, you don’t need to use your credit card online (you can transfer directly from your bank account). When you use your credit card through PayPal, nobody will see your credit card number, which will minimize the risk of unauthorized use.

What currency do you use?

All prices on our website are shown in USD. 

Cancellations

I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order and get my money back please?

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us quickly within 12 hours so we can cancel your order and refund your money! Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled. 

Please note: When you make a purchase on our website, the information gets sent directly to our shipping centers who start working on your order immediately. So please decide carefully before you make a transaction with us. 

Due to our payment gateway charges, there is a cancellation fee of $5. 

Returns

Can I return an item and get a refund?

Returns are accepted only if there are any problems with the product, please contact us within 3 days after you received the item. If the goods are in your possession over 4 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. Please email us with any photos & specify the issue for your return. 

To return your product, please email us for our address details.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.  All returned items must be put in original package and a true tracking number is required, we will refund you when we have received the package of your return with original condition and package with all components in it. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. We do not ship to hotels / PO Boxes.

We are also not responsible for any incorrect shipping address provided to us. Once the order has been made we can not change the address in any way.
